Terms & Conditions for Just Weight

These terms and conditions apply to the Just Weight mobile application (the “Application”) created by Denys Makhinchuk (the “Service Provider”) as a subscription-based service.

1. Subscription and Billing

The Application offers premium features via a paid subscription model. By subscribing, you acknowledge the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation or immediately after the free trial period expires.
• Free Trial: If your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid any charges, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period ends.
• Renewal Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off in your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by visiting your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

2. Refund Policy

All billing and transactions are handled directly by the application stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). The Service Provider does not have the ability to process refunds directly. Any requests for refunds must be submitted to the respective store support, and are subject to their specific refund policies.

3. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Just Weight is provided for informational purposes only.

• The Application is a weight tracking tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any weight loss program or making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for any health problems or injuries that may result from information you learn through the Application.

4. Data Storage and User Responsibility

• Local Storage: All weight logs, body measurements, and personal data are stored locally on your Device. The Service Provider does not store this data on its own servers.
• Data Loss: If you delete the Application or clear its storage data, all your tracking history will be permanently lost. We are not liable for any data loss occurring under these circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application are owned by the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, health issues, data loss, or financial loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
